Lifting of the requirement to keep poultry in stables and other measures to combat avian influenza

ZVL J-SH revokes the following general ruling:

The general ruling of ZVL J-SH (GZ: TG/523-02-16-2025/V-98/25) dated 05.11.2025 is revoked in its entirety in accordance with Section 1 (1) of the Thuringian Administrative Procedure Act (ThürVwVfG).
The general ruling shall take effect on the day following the public announcement.
