Lifting of the requirement to keep poultry in stables and other measures to combat avian influenza

ZVL J-SH revokes the following general rulings:

1. The general rulings of ZVL J-SH (GZ: TG/523-22_AI-Ausbruch 2022-V-140/22) dated 08.12.2022 are revoked in full in accordance with Section 49 (1) of the Thuringian Administrative Procedure Act (ThürVwVfG).
2. The general ruling of the ZVL J-SH (GZ: TG/523-22_AI-Ausbruch 2022-V-150/22) dated28.12.2022 is revoked in its entirety in accordance with Section 49 (1) of the Thuringian Administrative Procedure Act (ThürVwVfG).
3. The general ruling shall take effect on the day following the public announcement.
