
General ruling - sale of poultry in the itinerant trade (mobile poultry traders)
The Thuringian State Office for Consumer Protection has issued an emergency ordinance. Accordingly, poultry may only be sold throughout the entire territory of the Free State of Thuringia outside a commercial establishment or without having such an establishment if the poultry has undergone a clinical veterinary examination or, in the case of ducks and geese, a virological examination no more than four days before being sold.
